成立香港公司

海外客戶如想在香港的超市上架，基本程序和本港公司一樣，但必須要有一家香港的公司與超市
對接及進行銀行帳目往來，這種情況下，有三種方式來處理。

一. 在香港成立公司 Set up Company in H.K.
海外客戶可委託本公司助協其在香港成立公司，客戶直接成為該產品的香港總經銷，然後在
香港的銀行開設帳戶及進行日常運作。

成立公司所需時間：資料齊全後，大約30- 45天
Time for set up company in H.K.: around 30-45 days when all information ready.
標準服務收費：成立公司+標準公司憲章+政府費用+ 公司印章(銀行簽名章、圓印及鋼印) +建立公司銀行帳戶+本公司跟進服務費，大約HK$10,000-HK$15,000

二. 其他額外服務收費：Additional Service Charges
提供公司登記地址 Provide company registered address：HK$2,000/年(per year)
秘書服務 Secretary Service：HK$2,500/年(per year) (提供電話專線及轉駁客戶查詢電話 Provide tel.line and calls forwarding)
會計及核數 Accounting and Auidting：HK$5,000-HK$10,000/年(per year)
辦公室及專責職員：租用正規辦公室及安排專責工作人員處理日常工作事務，例如報關、運輸、
文書往來及客戶查詢(根據客戶要求而收費，價錢面議)。

三. 在香港代客尋找代理商 Looking for Hong Kong Agents for the Clients
前期開辦費用 Start Fees：
1. 在朋友/現有客戶中找代理商: HK$5,000-HK$10,000(三個月內不成功，退回50%的前期費用)
Business matching from our social circle: HK$5,000-HK$10,000(Refund 50% if not succeul within 3 months)

2. 在香港商場/酒店開產品推介會： HK$30,000-HK$50,000/次
(活動1-7日不等。包場租、基本設備、職員工資、報關手續及管理費用。詳細費用面議)
Holding Product Introduction Activities in Shooing Moores or Hotels：HK$30,000-HK$50,000/ time (1 days -7days)
(Including rent, basic facilities, staff salary, declaring product at customs and our organizing fee. (Details of expense would be discussed case by case)

3. 在香港會展中心/工展會/年宵市場展出： HK$50,000-HK$150,000不等
(展出時間3-24日不等。包場租、基本設備、職員工資、報關手續及管理費用。詳細費用面議)
Exhibiting in H.K. Exhibition Centre, HK Brands and Products Expo Fair , Lunar New Year Fair: HK$50,000-HK$150,000 Days of exhibition are around 3-24 days. Charges including rent, basic facilities, staff salary and our management fee. (Details of expense would be discussed case by case)

成功後服務佣金：本公司將收取該代理商訂單款額1%-5%作為中介費用。
Intermediate commission after success：Our company will charge 1-5% from the order of the agent setting by us for the overseas clients.

三. 委托本公司作代理 Assign our Company as Agent：
1. 客戶須委托本公司為該產品之香港總代理，由本公司直接與超市對接，以本公司之名義
在超市開戶 (雙方試行合作一年，如果一年內沒有進展，本公司歸還"香港總代理"之名義)；
Clients should assign our company as the sole agent of H.K. market. Our company will directly communicate and help the clients to open account at the supermarket and department stores using our company's name.
2. 基於超市的60-90天數期的要求，客戶供貨予本公司須給予本公司相同的數期；
Since most supermarkets require payable terms of 60 to 90 days. The company should give us the equal payment as the supermarkets .
3. 如用客戶本身的牌子在超市上架，客戶須贊助本公司一半的宣傳廣告費。
If clients want to keep the same band name, they should sponsor us half of the advertising fee in promoting the product
